Pilot Aims to Set New Record: Landing in 25 States in 24 Hours, Culminating at AirVenture

Dan Moore, an ambitious pilot with a passion for aviation challenges, is on a mission to set a new record by landing in 25 states within a 24-hour timeframe. While landing at AirVenture is already an extraordinary experience for many pilots, Moore's upcoming feat will add another level of excitement to his aviation journey. Having previously achieved the record for visiting the most airports in 24 hours by landing at 92 locations in 2019, Moore is now setting his sights on a new milestone.

Starting from the vast landscapes of Oklahoma, Moore plans to launch his high-paced adventure by heading east towards the Eastern Seaboard, aiming to touch down in nearly every state north of Atlanta. From there, he will navigate through the Midwest, making his way to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the site of AirVenture. Moore's goal is to depart at 10 a.m. on July 23 and reach Oshkosh within the next 24 hours, ensuring he lands before his time expires.

To commemorate this extraordinary endeavor, several sponsors are offering prizes through a draw, adding an element of excitement to Moore's record-setting journey. As he strives to achieve this feat, Moore's landing at AirVenture will serve as a fulfilling conclusion to his remarkable adventure, solidifying his position as an aviation enthusiast always ready to embrace new challenges.
